Dr. Genine L. Blue leads the team at GLB Impact Consulting, LLC. She holds a PhD in educational research and measurement, multiple graduate degrees in teaching and learning, and a graduate certificate in applied statistics. With over 20 years of experience, she has served in many roles, including K-12 classroom teacher, instructional coach, researcher, evaluator, and analytics director.
Under Dr. Blue's leadership, GLB Impact Consulting brings together a network of professionals skilled in advanced statistical modeling, measure validation, research, evaluation, and project management.
Our collective history spans several sectors including federal and state government, K-12 public schools, higher education, nonprofit management.
